Booking Policy

  • Booking a recording session at any of our locations requires an up-front deposit of 50% of total session cost (this deposit is non-refundable)

    • Recording booking deposits are used to secure and protect your requested time slot to avoid double bookings

  • Recording booking deposits are non-refundable

  • Recording bookings are based upon availability

  • There is a 2 hour booking minimum for all recording sessions

  • Recording bookings and/or cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for a deposit refund.

  • Session times are charged as scheduled and cannot be adjusted nor discounted based upon client tardiness

We will be calling you the day of your session to ensure that you have not been in contact with anyone who is sick, and also to ensure you don’t have a fever. If the answers to these questions are Yes, we will ask that you reschedule your session for a later date.

  1. Our engineers sanitize all equipment between all studio sessions, especially our microphones and gear that is frequently touched. Please do not touch any of our equipment during your session, as we want to make sure we have as little traffic as possible.

  2. You are only allotted 1 (one) guest at this time, and masks are to be worn over the nose and mouth unless performing.

  3. If you are feeling ill, we ask that you call your studio location and reschedule your session for a later date.
